Kite Refund Policy
Kite’s free plan lets you test every feature—editing, effects, full-resolution preview—only adding a small watermark on export. Because you can verify the workflow before paying, subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
48-hour “whoops” window
Upgrade by mistake? If you haven’t exported a watermark-free video, email support@kite.video within 48 hours of the charge and we’ll reverse it—no questions asked.
Technical failures
If a bug on our side blocks export and we can’t fix it within two business days, we’ll credit or refund that billing period.
Annual plans – EU/UK cooling-off rule
Customers in the European Union or United Kingdom may cancel within 14 days of purchase under consumer-protection laws—provided no watermark-free export has been made.
Cancel anytime
Stop renewals at Account → Billing; you keep Pro access until the period ends.
Chargebacks
We contest chargebacks when usage logs show a watermark-free export.
